The person who answers the phone is the one behind the wheel. That small detail defines the whole job.
How it started
Nesim Saltık started with a single car in 2006. He has been doing the same job in the same city ever since. No need to describe the route; he knows which avenue clogs up at which hour and which back street saves ten minutes.
Where we are
Our stand is at the Emirgan Park exit, in the Fevzi Çakmak neighbourhood — Kocasinan / Kayseri. Locals also know us as Emirgan Park Taxi; same phone, same team, same standard.
The location's advantage is clear: we reach all of Kocasinan within minutes and fan out towards Talas and Melikgazi from the same spot. Call and we'll send the nearest car.
What we promise
The three most common complaints about taxis: unclear pricing, a dirty car and a late driver. We close all three from the start.
- The price is set upfront. On intercity and airport transfers you get a firm figure on the phone. It does not change on the road.
- The car is cleaned every morning. Interior cleaned daily, detailed maintenance monthly.
- Punctuality. We are at your door at the agreed time; if we are late, the ride is on us.
The fleet
Today there are three cars, all the same model and standard. Whichever arrives, the interior, the smell, the seat and the price are the same. At busy hours the second and third cars step in, but the work is still done by the team you know.
