Erciyes ski resort transfer

In the winter season the most comfortable way to reach Erciyes is a door-to-slopes transfer: you load the gear into the car and step out at the piste. We run 24/7 transfers from Kayseri to Erciyes Ski Resort — from your hotel, your home or the airport.

How do you get to Erciyes by taxi?

Call us; we pick you up at your hotel or home and drop you right at the piste. The ride from central Kayseri to Erciyes takes about 30–40 minutes in normal conditions; on snowy days we tell you the expected time clearly on the phone.

For early risers we run scheduled departures: you set off before the lifts open and catch the first runs.

Is the transfer price fixed?

Yes. The figure we give on the phone is fixed; it doesn’t change on the road and there are no surprises on the way back. Even for night or early-morning departures we don’t apply a night surcharge.

Is there an extra fee for ski luggage?

No. We charge nothing extra for ski sets, snowboards and boot bags. Just mention the equipment when booking; we arrive with a suitable car.

Up to four passengers plus gear travel in the same car; for larger groups we schedule the second and third cars for the same time.

How is the return transfer planned?

We set the return time together on the way out. If you’d like to leave the slopes earlier, one phone call is enough; the plan stays flexible. If the weather lengthens or shortens your time on the piste, we shift the schedule accordingly.

Can you go from the airport straight to Erciyes?

Yes. We meet you at Kayseri Erkilet Airport (ASR) and take you straight to the slopes or your hotel. We charge no waiting fee for flight delays; we track the flight. Pickup details are in our airport transfer article.

Is the road safe in winter conditions?

The Erciyes route is our regular run in winter. The cars go out with winter tyres and the mandatory equipment; on heavy-snow days we monitor road conditions and adjust the departure time together. We’ve been driving this road for over twenty years — we know which bend ices over and which climb backs up. We also discuss breaks and in-car preferences along the way for a comfortable ride.

One way or round trip?

Both are possible. Most passengers book a round trip, but we also do one-way drop-offs or return-only pickups. On round trips the return time is kept flexible; if you’re having too much fun on the slopes, a single call moves it.

The same plan applies to non-skiing visits: cable car, scenery or a hotel visit — it makes no difference; we carry every passenger heading up to Erciyes in the same way.

How to plan for weekends and holidays?

Demand rises on weekends and during the school break; book a day ahead and the car is guaranteed at your hour. Those who want to catch the lifts’ opening usually prefer an early departure — we fix the time together on the phone.

Since you’ll be tired on the way back, we keep the return plan flexible: if you want to leave the piste early, call and the car will be waiting in the car park.

On group outings the per-person cost drops: for a party of four, the transfer is often both faster and more comfortable than the alternatives. We give the price clearly on the phone as always.
